AfterElton.com’s Ed Kennedy says there really is a double standard when it comes to two men or two women kissing. That double standard, Kennedy says, has been exposed in the news coverage of Adam Lambert’s AMA performance, which garnered some 1,500 complaints.
LGBT journo and blogger Karen Ocamb reports that Harvey Milk will be inducted into the California Hall of Fame on Dec. 1. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and First Lady Maria Shriver will oversee the induction, along with 12 others.
NPR is reporting that a conservative, anti-LGBT American group has ties to the gay sex=death penalty law in Uganda. Several high-ranking GOP pols are connected to the group.
Lambda Legal is suing the City of Atlanta after what they say is an illegal raid on the Atlanta Eagle. On Top Mag has more…
The non-biological mother of a young girl has been given custody of the child. A Virginia court ruled in the non-bio moms favor over the “ex-gay” biological mother.
