A Massachuetts transgender woman in 2007 deducted medical expenses for her sex change surgery. The IRS denied the deduction saying it was cosmetic. The  tax court ruled in favor of the woman saying that the IRS had little evidence to proof otherwise.     If we now hyear how terrible (Rev) Phelps is to his kids, beating them etrribly, etc., and his hatred is almost geneirc and just now aimed at homosexuals, we must question his mental state, and now again we must question the motive or mental state of people like Peter LaBarbera.

    And how sd to hear a Jewish person attack us as much as the Islamists.
